What is Google Authenticator?
To ensure account security, the platform offers two-step verification, including Google Authenticator or SMS verification codes. Users are advised to select at least one of the following combinations—“Google Authenticator + email + transaction password” or “mobile phone + transaction password”—to safeguard their assets.
Google Authenticator generates a unique verification code every 30 seconds via the Google Authenticator app. Even if someone obtains your login password, they still require this code to access your account. This provides an extra layer of security against account theft, especially critical given blockchain's decentralized and irreversible nature—once assets are stolen, they cannot be recovered.
By enabling two-step verification, users significantly reduce the risk of asset loss due to password leaks.
